It's a holiday, but New Year's is always kind of busy, isn't it? lol
It seems some companies are starting work today.
I've received a few work-related messages.

I went to a number of places during the New Year’s holiday, and there was something that really struck me.
It's something you all do all the time, too.
That's right! You'd search the web, wouldn't you?
I use web searches no matter where I go.
I search the web for everything I eat.
Search by amount, too.
I do all my searching online!
To put it another way,
A company or store that isn't listed on the web might as well not exist.That's the point.
That said, I’ve been saying this for the past 10 years, and even Google has been saying that such a time would come.
Ten years ago, it was a website.
A few years ago, it was social media.
Nowadays, a website is a given, and social media is more of an optional extra. Is a blog the main focus?
In the context of brick-and-mortar stores, social media serves a similar function to flyers and other forms of advertising.
A blog serves as a kind of banner or sign. (It lets people know you exist and provides information about your store.)
So, a website is like a physical store.
You see a flyer, look at a sign, and then shop at the actual store. That's pretty much how it goes.
In the construction industry, we’ve never had any problems without doing that.
However, with the number of contractors declining so sharply these days, construction management firms and general contractors also need to find contractors.
In situations like that, the best option is, of course, to do a web search online.
We're now in an era where people look for service providers online.
From a general contractor’s perspective (speaking as someone who used to be a general contractor, lol), I’d also like to know what kinds of construction projects you’ve worked on in the past.
Therefore, you should post the most up-to-date construction information whenever possible. (However, information from NEXCO is not acceptable.)
Posting on social media is certainly important. However, contractors should, at the very least, have a website.
Doing so could very well lead to an increase in new transactions.
Things have progressed so far that it’s almost too late to even say, “That’s just the way it is these days!” lol

By the way, as a rough estimate, you’ll need around 200,000 yen for a basic website.
In our case, since I create everything in-house (myself), I have complete freedom, but,
If you can't do that, you should at least put in that much effort.
Or, you could have a website built for 100,000 yen and pay a monthly maintenance fee of about 3,000 yen under a three-year contract. There are web design companies that offer this kind of service.
It’s actually pretty easy to make using WordPress, though lol
