Creating Construction Schedules with Web Tools | Why You Should Stop Using Excel

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Super SupermoonI can't see it, huh? lol

The Tokai region was totally cloudy and rainy, lol.

Sure enough, the "moon" is actually pampas grass—a perennial! lol

It's that thing that floats up gently when you put it in the "6 types" section.

But that's beside the point.

I imagine all of you managers take it for granted that you draw up schedules.

And most people enter data row by row in Excel, don't they?

I was actually using that to write with until recently.

So, I figured there had to be something even more convenient out there! That’s why I started looking.

At first, I thought, “Let’s post our entire construction process on our company’s website!”

I was thinking something really stupid. (Seriously, lol.)

So I looked for a process I could use online, downloaded it, and used it.

After trying it about four times, I finally found the one that felt just right.

Well, you see...

This is the format, right?

It's incredibly easy to use—and it's free!

The Free Plan allows you to store data for up to 5 users and up to 50.0 MB,

Apparently, it's possible.

Once the company reaches a certain size, it would be a good idea to use a paid plan to share schedules among employees.

The Free Plan is still plenty for us, so we're sticking with it lol

You can edit anywhere—whether on your smartphone or computer—and best of all, it's easy.

It might be a little confusing at first, but once you get used to it, it's really easy.

And,Best of all, you can export it to Excel!!

Apps these days are really amazing, aren't they?

See you later.
