The very first task when operating a crane is to extend the outriggers!

This is the root of all the problems.

However, the lack of safety awareness at E led to this kind of behavior.

This is the behavior of an uneducated person.

He probably took immediate action because he felt like he was about to fall, but this is extremely dangerous.

If it's something that can be handled by human strength, it's actually faster to just lift the plywood panels by hand.

 

D・G: The load was applied here, causing it to catch and preventing it from tipping over.

G is a truck, but first, the suspended formwork is lowered here. After that, it appears to be landing on the block at D as well.

F: Remote controls are pretty tricky.

If you're not familiar with the remote control or the machine's quirks, it can suddenly turn or lower itself.

Or not knowing about "Rabbit Mode" and "Turtle Mode."

This is just a guess, but given that the road was narrow and the truck had to pull over to the side—making it impossible to extend the outriggers fully on one side—

When extending the outriggers, while loading the rear cargo (formwork) A onto the truck (or) performing the reverse operation,

Since the job just involves lowering it directly behind the vehicle and loading it right there, they probably decided it would be fine even without outriggers.
