I often travel to the Kanto region during this time of year because there are many safety meetings and general meetings.

When I was younger, I had a vague interest in construction management, and by reading books on the subject, I think I gradually came to understand it.
It’s true that back in our day, we were just told to do it, so we did it without giving it a second thought.
I didn't think about anything lol (though it could just be that I was being stupid...)
Young people these days ask such sharp questions that I’m sometimes a little taken aback, but I make sure to teach them thoroughly and patiently.
The necessity of oil caps and sheaths in rebar installation work, and so on.
(Even if the cap fits, you don't need oil, and the sheath is 100% unnecessary.)
