I've been noticing a lot of cars with license plates from other prefectures in my neighborhood.

I find that going home to visit family is really tough.

I don't have the slightest desire to go to Kagoshima either (lol).

I've been coming home pretty often because of work...

Market Price Trends

The costs for formwork and sprayed mortar have risen by about 10 percent compared to last spring.

Employment in the rebar installation and rockfall protection fence industries has remained flat.

The number of scaffolding workers is rising significantly!

This is definitely no small matter.

Does that mean they're that short-staffed?

That's really amazing, isn't it?

With prices rising this much, it’s really a bidding war among the dealers.

We also only use one company for scaffolding, so it would be a real problem if that company got fully booked.

So, it seems there’s a very high likelihood that this will happen in the future.

It might already be the case that construction can't proceed because there are no scaffolding contractors.

Construction unit costs are steadily rising, but aren't the craftsmen's wages staying the same??

Our construction rates haven't really changed that much, have they??

I guess this is still a time when companies need to keep working hard...

As is true in any industry, running a business is fun, but it’s a tough world. It really makes me think every time.

I read quite a few e-books, but every now and then I still find myself wanting to smell a book.
