Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, a representative from a materials supplier visited our company and gave a product presentation.

As public works contractors, we generally only use products that comply with JIS standards or are publicly available, and whose ingredients and performance characteristics are clearly defined.
That's why we only use items (products) that meet a certain standard of quality.
That means the barriers to entry are pretty high, right?
First of all, it's the price, right?
When selling similar products, as long as the price is the same, you can at least get in the running.
However, I wouldn't go so far as to change things just to stop using something I've been using for a long time.
Because it doesn't matter which one.
Since we already have the old ones, we can use them if we want, or not. But since they cost the same, we end up just sticking with the old ones, lol.
When I ask myself, “So what’s so great about it, anyway?” I think it’s simply the color.
There aren't many construction materials that have been made more visually appealing by changing their color.
Aren't there quite a few products where you can tell right away, "Oh, that's from that company!"?
Most of them just follow the crowd, saying things like, “That’s the color we’ve always used,” so they never make any progress. Do you really think something like that will sell in this day and age??
If you look on Amazon or somewhere like that, there are tons of colorful products, aren't there?
Color is the trend these days.
Products without distinctive colors won't sell!
If it's the only option available, it will sell, but otherwise, it's going to be tough.
There are some really cool brands of safety harnesses coming out these days, and even the latest air-conditioned workwear looks pretty stylish, doesn't it?
I believe we’re entering an era in the construction industry where color is becoming the deciding factor, even as the functionality and performance of building materials remain unchanged.
When I'm driving, I can tell at a glance, "That color means they're using ○○'s product!!"The Best AdvertisingI think so.
It might actually be pretty interesting to try changing the color of your company's products, don't you think?
See you later.
