However, the photo below shows 6 bags per tier × 6 rows × 4 columns + 4 bags per row × 4 columns = 160 bags

You can pretty much tell just by looking at the photo, right?

The inspector looks at the photo, then at the blackboard, and skips this photo.
When I say, “What exactly do inspectors look for?”, it sounds as if I were an inspector myself, but—
I was told this by an inspector after an inspection back when I was a site representative, so I'll just write it down as is lol

That's what I was told. (I was told other things, too, but...)
Back then, there was a period when I was really into construction management, lol.
Back when I was micromanaging everything, I used to get annoyed every time an inspector pointed something out, lol.
Even if I think, “No one else goes this far!” there are still things to point out, huh? lol
So, I asked the inspector all sorts of questions, and he turned out to be a really nice person—I learned a lot from him.
That's what I heard at the time.
(You don't see photo albums like that these days, but back then, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the prefectural governments used different ones.)

Even in the photos of the new arrivals, you can tell how meticulous they are just by the way they write on the chalkboard.
