A Simple Way to Become a More Capable Person!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Don't you always have those things that just catch your eye?

Catches the eye

Take cars, for example.

The same car as yours. Don't you see them all the time?

Your favorite color. You see it all the time, don't you?

You tend to notice things related to your hobbies and interests, don't you?

Does that mean,Color Bath EffectThat's what they say.

What Is the Color Bath Effect?

The "color-bath effect" refers to the phenomenon in which, by focusing your attention on a single thing, a large amount of information related to it begins to unconsciously gather around you.

The term “color bath” derives from “color” and “bath”—that is, from the perception of color—but it applies not only to color but also to words, images, objects, and any other phenomena we are aware of.

The human brain has the ability to actively recognize only a specific event from the information obtained through the five senses by focusing its attention on that event.

It just goes to show that people tend to pick up on information that suits them.

People who make excuses gather only information and facts that suit their purpose in order to justify themselves. (Confirmation bias)

Writing it that way gives it a bad impression, doesn't it?

This is the classic example of someone who can't grow, isn't it? lol

But try looking at it the other way around.

If your attention tends to focus on information or situations that are inconvenient for you, it means you’re still in the process of growing. (But people like that...)

It means I'm admitting that I have my shortcomings. (Though maybe it's just that I don't feel like doing it, lol.)

People can become whatever they want, depending on their mindset.

I wrote about how it all comes down to your mindset before—do you remember? lol

Things to Keep in Mind

Perception and Consciousness

Be mindful of the world you want to see.

If you work for us, we'll turn you from a single-skill craftsman into a multi-skilled one!

When I say that, the conversation usually starts with, “What’s that?” but,

A specialist is a craftsman who pursues one type of work in depth.

A multi-skilled worker can handle two or even three types of jobs, but their expertise is less deep than that of a single-skilled worker.

(This is just an illustration.)

Which one is better?

When I say that, most people say it’s kind of cool if you can handle a lot of work, lol.

Our team consists entirely of versatile workers who are deeply committed to all aspects of slope construction!

That's right! Everyone wants to be a capable worker.

Sure, there are probably some people who can't do that. (It's a matter of balance, so that's okay too.)

But depending on your mindset, you have the potential to get twice as much work done as you do now. (It’s not actually possible to double your output, but you can work more efficiently.)

There's definitely a good chance I'll be able to do it eventually!

I think that if you just make a conscious effort to keep moving forward every day, you'll find that you've become the person you want to be before you know it!

If you start focusing on the person you want to become starting today, there will definitely come a moment when you change.

Let's keep this in mind.

If you want to become a skilled director or a skilled craftsman, keep this in mind!

Let's make a habit of being mindful!

See you later.
