It's already been two months since I bought my new Belcon.
It doesn't show any signs of moving at all lol
I guess it’s just that the timing wasn’t right, so I couldn’t jump on board. (This Belcon is made-to-order.)
We could rent one from a leasing company, but having our own equipment gives us more flexibility and allows us to take better care of it.
Is it cheaper to buy or to rent?
If you ask me which one is better, honestly, they're pretty much the same lol
It's all about your mindset.
If you rent something, as long as you don't break it, you just pay the rental fee and that's it.
If you buy it, you'll have to pay for the machine itself, as well as maintenance costs such as repair bills and consumables in case it breaks.
In addition, property tax (depreciation) is levied based on the amount.
It often happens that you keep renting something for a long time and eventually think, “I could have just bought it,” right?
That's right. You might have been able to buy it, but what condition was the machine in when you thought that?
So, it costs money to keep it well-maintained.
The best thing to do is decide which one is better. That's all there is to it.
Buy or rent?
So, if you're going to buy it, you should make sure to take good care of it.
It’s not a matter of thinking, “I’ll fix it later”; if something breaks, fix it right away. That means performing maintenance immediately.

If you're going to borrow something, just make sure you don't end up fretting about it later lol
After all, some people believe that it’s better to borrow because it doesn’t increase your assets.
Of course, when you rent a place, you have to keep it cleaner than when you first moved in. (You’ll be charged for repairs.)
By the way, I'm in the "buy" camp, lol.
The reason is that I actually enjoy fixing broken machines when they come back to me, lol.
I like machines, so I end up buying them after all.

また買うことで銀行との取引が出来たりと社会的信用が出来て行きます。
借金って意外と企業にとっては大事な事で、
借金をしている会社というのは社会的信用があるとと言う事です。
信用がなければ貸してもらえませんからねーｗ
無借金経営というのは悪いとは言いませんが、ウチの様な小規模の会社であれば大した事ありません。
それでも借りて買うことに意味があるので機械は買ってなんぼですね^^
