You need a load-bearing plate for the basic tests in ground anchor construction, right?
For example, something like this:

Generally speaking, steel pressure plates weigh between 200 kg and 600 kg, don't they?
For a lightweight pressure plate, would that be an FFU weighing around 200 kg?
Unfortunately, all of the pressure plates are heavy.
It's all these pressure plates that aren't exactly easy to carry around, lol
So, I decided to try making an assembly pressure plate.
I'll draw up the plans on Sunday and cut the materials on Monday.

I built it so that the total weight is about 120 kg.
We plan to construct a structure with a bearing area of approximately 1.2 m², and since the back side will be covered with a temporary mortar spray, our calculations indicate that it should likely be structurally sound in terms of bearing capacity.

It is designed so that when disassembled using steel plates and channel sections, the weight is light enough for a person to carry with ease.

This is the general vibe of the whole scene.

Actually, I just started calculating a simply supported beam, but wait—this one has a uniformly distributed load acting on it, so...
I did the math for one spot and applied it to the whole thing... I figured, "This should probably work!" and that's how I finished it.

There were a few design changes during the creation process, but for now, I’ll be supervising the basic exam starting at 9:00 a.m. today, so as long as there are no issues with that, it’ll be fine.

I went ahead and painted it a random color.
I didn't have much time, so I just quickly painted it by hand—it looks a bit messy, but it should work just fine.
I made it this way for now, but I think I could produce a high-quality product suitable for public works projects (a lightweight, portable load-bearing plate).
Since the load this time is around 200 kN, I figured this design should work, so I put it together based on some quick calculations and a bit of momentum, but if this is going to be a production product, we’ll probably need to run some tests.
Depending on how the slightly more rigorous test goes, I might just try making a complete assembly pressure plate! lol
