Digitization of Ground Anchor Tension Tests | Setting Up Automatic Control

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I finally got that done lol

Digital Pressure Gauge

That's so cool!!

What do you think? lol

Connect this to the pressure gauge and use it.

It can be used with either 100 V or 200 V power.

The only thing that’s bugging me is whether a pseudo-sine wave will work, though lol

At any rate, this should make my photos look a little cooler when I'm nervous.

Well, I'm hoping to use this to automate things going forward.

This digital pressure gauge is equipped with a switch signal, so you can stop the process once it reaches a specified value.

In other words, it means you can set it up so that it automatically maintains the pressure once it reaches, say, 50 MPa.

There are actually quite a few products like that already, but they're pretty expensive, lol.

Since it's hard to buy and it's not available for rent, I figured I'd just make it myself lol (I hope it turns out okay).

That way, you'll be able to manage your anxiety on your own.

Should I do it quickly or take my time?

It's up to the anchor installer to decide.

It'd be awesome if that could be done automatically, too, lol.

Robotization

In this day and age, we let machines handle the tedious tasks so that humans can focus on what’s important.

Let’s constantly seek change even in our day-to-day construction management and discover something new!

See you later.

P.S. For some reason, the company's internet has been acting up for the past few days, and I haven't been able to connect, so I haven't been able to do what I wanted to do...

Please note that my blog posts may be shorter than usual for a while, as I’ll be posting more often from my smartphone.

I don't mean to make excuses, but I'm not very good at posting from my phone lol. Please cut me some slack lol.
