Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Is there something that always catches your eye?

Take cars, for example.
The same car as yours. Don't you see them all the time?
Your favorite color. You see it all the time, don't you?
You tend to notice things related to your hobbies and interests, don't you?
Does that mean,Color Bath EffectThat's what they say.
| What Is the Color Bath Effect?
The "color-bath effect" refers to the phenomenon in which, by focusing your attention on a single thing, a large amount of information related to it begins to unconsciously gather around you. The term “color bath” derives from “color” and “bath”—that is, from the perception of color—but it applies not only to color but also to words, images, objects, and any other phenomena we are aware of. The human brain has the ability to actively recognize only a specific event from the information obtained through the five senses by focusing its attention on that event. |
It just goes to show that people tend to pick up on information that suits them.
People who make excuses gather only the information and facts that suit their purpose in order to justify themselves.
Writing it that way gives it a bad impression, doesn't it?
But this is a classic example of someone who can't grow, lol.
But try looking at it the other way around.
The fact that your attention is drawn to information or situations that are inconvenient for you means you’re still in the process of growing.
It means you're admitting that you have shortcomings.
People can become whatever they want, depending on their mindset.
I wrote about how it all comes down to your mindset before—do you remember? lol
Be mindful of the world you want to see.
If you work for us, we'll turn you from a single-skill craftsman into a multi-skilled one!
When I say that, the conversation usually starts with, “What’s that?” but,
A specialist is a craftsman who devotes himself deeply to a single type of work.
A multi-skilled worker can handle two or even three types of work, but their expertise is less deep than that of a single-skilled worker.
(*For illustrative purposes only)
Which one is better?
When I say that, most people say it’s kind of cool if you can handle a lot of work, lol.
That's right! Everyone wants to be a capable worker. (It's not that single-skill workers are bad!)
I suppose there are some people who can't do that.
But depending on your mindset, that means you have the potential to get twice as much work done as you do now.
There's definitely a good chance I'll be able to do it eventually!
If you just stay mindful every day and keep moving forward, I think you’ll find that, before you know it, you’ve become the person you want to be!
If you start focusing on the person you want to become starting today, there will definitely come a moment when you change.
Let's keep this in mind.
If you want to become a great director or a great professional, keep this in mind!
Let's make a habit of being mindful!
See you later.
