After the Festival | The Afterglow of Community Service

This is Enta.

Summer Festival

The summer festival the other day was absolutely packed and a huge success.

In particular, here in the Owari region—where Iwakura City is located—Yoko Ogino’s “Dancing Hero” has become a Bon dance song.

It's pretty weird for people from other prefectures, lol.

And just last month, the man himself made an appearance, and it looks like the neighboring city of Ichinomiya is probably dancing to “Dancing Hero.”

It seems it was a huge success!!

Iwakura Yakisoba (Salt)

So, I was in charge of the Iwakura yakisoba station, but there wasn't really much to do, and I don't feel very confident working in the food and beverage industry, so,

I was kind of wobbly lol

It seems we managed to pull it off somehow, even though I didn't get a chance to shoot...

 

It's suddenly started to feel like fall lately, so the summer festivals have been much more pleasant, and

At the after-party following the festival, we enjoyed some delicious beer while a pleasant breeze blew.

I haven't done anything, but crowds are exhausting lol

Lately, I’ve been thinking that living in the countryside has given me more opportunities to get involved in local festivals and traditions like this.

If this is how the town is going to be revitalized, I’m starting to think I might get a little more involved.

I think I'll be able to give it my all again starting tomorrow!
