Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
You know how you go to the site for meetings or just to say hi, right?
I think salespeople, in particular, would be seen as a nuisance if they showed up at an awkward time, lol.
When is the best time to go?
When is the best time?

Older salespeople tend to barge right into the worksite and talk at length.
So annoying!!! lol
That's what I used to think...
So, what time would actually be best?
When are the on-site staff available?
In the morning
This is just my personal opinion, but the reason people on the front lines have free time is
Around 10:00 a.m. to just past 11:00 a.m.
It starts with the morning meeting, then checking emails, going through documents and drawings, and confirming progress and planning—I figure I’ll be done around this time.
And I want you to be back by 11:45.
Because lunch starts at 12:00 lol
This is very important.
Salespeople who show up at noon are always a pain!
Salespeople who call between 12:00 and 1:00 PM are seriously annoying!!!!
I often find myself wondering, “Why is it that salespeople only ever call during the day?”
I suppose it doesn't really matter as long as both parties are on board...

Afternoon
3:00 p.m. to just before 5:00 p.m.
The early afternoon is pretty busy—I have meetings, trips to government offices, visits to the lab, and all sorts of other things to do.
This is especially true for site representatives and supervising engineers.
In the afternoon, there might be site inspections and meetings with the workers later on, but I might have some free time after 3:00 p.m.?
I guess the only other option is after 6:00 p.m., huh? lol
Salespeople are so annoying when you're busy!
That's what the people on the ground think.
Of course, it’s a different story if we, as the contractors, are going there under the pretext of a meeting.
After all, site representatives are busy.
It's a matter of whether to go at the perfect moment or set up an appointment, isn't it?
What do you all think?
See you later.

The sales representative assigned to me has started coming by after calling me first to check my schedule.
There used to be a salesperson who would call around 12:30 p.m., so I told them not to call or visit between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
It's really helpful to have a salesperson who can read the situation.
I get it!
I really wish they'd cut us some slack between 12 and 1 p.m., don't you?
This really pisses me off lol
