A CEO's life is full of risks.

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

For some reason, there's a shortage of slope engineers out there.

We've been getting more requests for quotes on legal frameworks... but I'm afraid we can't accommodate them.

We're also swamped right now.

November is already off the charts lol

I can help out with small, one-time projects, but it would be a bit difficult to do this on an ongoing basis.

I haven't been there since December, so anywhere goes!!?

But that's beside the point.

Who owns the items and machinery at the company?

Do you understand?

There are a lot of people who misunderstand things like this.

Oops

People who are mistaken tend to think pretty much the same thing, but,

Everything at the officeThe President's StuffThat's what I think.

That's not true.

Those ThingsAll belong to the corporationThat's right.

What Is a Corporation?

"Although not human, they are recognized as legal persons under the law and may validly perform legal acts,
"A person who has been granted the status to be a subject of rights and obligations."

That's the point.

If you make a purchase using profits earned through company activities, everything becomes the property of the company as a legal entity.

The idea that “what belongs to the company belongs to the president” is wrong.

However, when a company makes a major purchase,The business owner is a joint guarantorWe take out a loan for this purpose. (Although this doesn't happen very often these days.)

That means that if something goes wrong at the company, the management will take full responsibility for it.

That's where the risk for business owners lies.

That’s exactly why business owners are so stingy. (It goes without saying.)

Stingy

If you have a mortgage, you probably know exactly what I mean—you spent your whole life building that house, right? lol (Though there are exceptions, of course.)

I think I took out a mortgage with myself as the joint guarantor and insured myself.

Can you just kick that house or break it apart? You'll take good care of it, right?

It's the same thing.

From the company president’s perspective, he will do everything he can to protect the company he built by taking out a loan—a decision that consumed his entire life.

That’s exactly why we take good care of the company’s equipment and machinery, and why we pay attention to the little things. (It goes without saying, lol.)

This is just how it is.

What about the CEOs at your companies? (Except for the big ones, lol)

We're taking on considerable risks behind the scenesThat's right.

There are plenty of other risks as well.

These days, that's the kind of CEO you see everywhere.

That said, I don't want you to understand that at all, but,

The point is that it's better to know than not to know.

And that makes it a little easier to be nice to the boss, right? Right? lol

See you later.

We're holding an information session to recruit members for the Drainage Rock Bolt Method Research Group (tentative name)!

The deadline is October 18, 2024.
