Two Ways to Stay Energized During Routine Slope Work | Health

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I always wonder—is there any way to make things a little less tiring?

I'm guessing most of you have your own routines, don't you?

I have a little bit of that, too, lol.

In this post, I’ll introduce that to you.

Fatigue

First of all—as I’ve been saying for a while now—sunglasses!

This is absolutely crucial!

UV rays are really tough to deal with in the summer, aren't they?

Also, the slope after the spray application is pretty dazzling because of the glare, isn't it?

Safety Glasses

I think these safety glasses—the polarized type that block UV rays—are the best.

Although people in Japan still tend to think it looks unfriendly to wear sunglasses, I recommend wearing them for your own protection.

I mean, athletes always wear sunglasses, right?

Actually, I wear that to prevent fatigue.

Apparently, UV rays entering through the eyes can cause brain fatigue, and when the brain feels fatigued (stress), the body can feel strained or experience a sense of lethargy.

Of course, you can feel it on your skin, but it seems to work wonders for your eyes! So if sunglasses aren't an option, I highly recommend this.

Helmet with a visor

I've got cement slurry all over me, lol, but this is actually pretty good.

It protects your eyes from grout and UV rays!

It kills two birds with one stone.

Next, the legs.

Insoles

This is it!!

It's an insole.

The photo on the left shows the insoles that came with the rain boots, and the one on the right shows the insoles I purchased.

Just adding this will make a world of difference in how tired your feet feel!

This cushion supports your body weight and makes it fit incredibly well.

As a result, your legs won't get as tired.

And it gets rid of that stinky smell, too, lol.

I change mine once a year, if that, but some people might change theirs twice a year.

After trying out various insoles, I found that this one sold on Amazon was the best.

Well, I tried about three of them, starting with the cheapest, and I think this one is the softest and fits the best.

Insoles

It costs about 1,500 yen, but I think it's a bargain considering how much it helps reduce fatigue.

That's important, isn't it?
