Video: Drilling Holes Directly into a Zabuton Frame | Demonstration

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Zabuton Frame

As I mentioned the other day, I went ahead and filmed the opening video for the Zabuton segment.

You don't need to cut out the box for a zabuton frame!

Since there are no reinforcing bars in the center, it opens up nicely.

Seeing this really makes me think that I don't need the box after all.

Anchor Scale Placement Error

Here's what the placement error looks like.

Anchor Scale Placement Error

Since the measurements are taken inside the casing, they are clear and easy to understand, and because the borehole centerline is not significantly offset, the margin of error is minimal.

Finally, inject the material and adjust the anchor head to the correct position.

Anchor Placement Error

This is what it looks like from the front.

Since it’s an SE anchor, it’s easy to understand, but it’s also entirely possible to center the PC strands.

Well, if it's PC steel wire, you can usually work around it to some extent, but if the misalignment is too great, there's a risk that the pressure plates and other components could shift.

It doesn't really matter whether there's a cutout or not, but if there isn't one, it doesn't seem to be a big deal.

Visually speaking, it looks better if there are no visible marks left after drilling.

Also, the finish on the zabuton frame will be much better.

If there are any holes in the box, the surrounding area may bulge, which could lead to the need for repairs later on.

Just for your information.

See you later.

    突然すいません。投稿を拝見させていただきました。
    私も技能実習生を受け入れを検討しているのですが、組合の方は業種が当てはまらないと言われたました。
    どのような業種で受け入れをしているか教えていただけませんか?

      Thank you as always.

      うちではとびで受け入れしています。
      恐らく、法面屋はすべて「とび」だと思います。
      組合によっては駄目なところもありますからいろいろと聞いた方が良いですよ。
