Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

The other day, I was about to get nervous on set.
There are six PC strands.
Of course, we order our materials directly from the manufacturers. (Since we're members of the association, lol.)
But I just couldn't get nervous that day!

That's because the jack head only has four holes, lol.
I can't get the last two strands of PC steel wire to fit.
That's why I can't get nervous.
Mistakes like this happen to everyone, and I don't blame anyone for them.
It's just the way things are.
Personally, I’ve decided to forgive others for their mistakes. (Depending on how many times they do it, lol.)
That's because going on and on about a failure won't get us anywhere.
I just kind of hope they don't mess up this time, lol.
However, I really hate people who try to get away with it (by acting defiant, claiming they don't remember, or playing dumb).
What should we do next?
Naturally, in the case described above, recovery is necessary. The point is that we’ll send the jack as soon as possible at a later date.
Some people get really angry over something as trivial as that.
Instead of getting caught up in the ups and downs of what’s already happened, what should we do next?
It’s best to think carefully about which one is the best, right?
The next issue is how we’re going to make up for the fact that the overall schedule is running a day behind (at other sites as well).
Don't let yourself get too caught up in the ups and downs of what has already happened!
If you approach your work with the expectation that problems will arise and think deeply about how to handle them, your next move will become clear!
And by always acting calmly, you can develop a mindset that allows you to think clearly.
Always stay calm!
See you later.
