In quality control, there is a control item called "flow rate measurement."

The standard range is 10 to 18 seconds.

There are differences depending on whether it's rail or road transportation, but the maximum is between 9 and 22 seconds.

So, most people keep it around 14 seconds, right? lol

However, if the numbers are too fast or too slow, something is wrong.
