It seems the surrounding job sites are also busy, and we’ve been receiving requests for assistance because their work isn’t progressing smoothly.

These days, the number of construction companies is steadily declining, and we’re heading into a really tough situation.
The number of directors is steadily decreasing.
That's because being a director is tough, right?
As you all know, it’s said that it takes about 10 years to develop into a coach, but,
Most people tend to quit by then, don't they?
It’s true—paperwork is easier than it used to be, we have CAD for drawings, and with advances in ICT, it kind of feels like things have gotten easier, doesn’t it?
But the actual process of preparing the documents hasn't really changed, has it?
Day-to-day management is fine, but the paperwork for the final inspection is such a hassle!
That really sums it up, doesn't it?
I guess some people like to save things up and then do them all at once, lol.
I'm sure there are people who diligently manage their photos every day.
But I’ve been thinking lately—since project managers are so busy, wouldn’t it be okay to just hand off the completion documents entirely?
Or just think how much easier it would be if there were a professional right there to help me prepare the paperwork.
There are so many documents to put together before the project is completed—it would be so much easier if we could divide the work among ourselves.
It's great that the paperwork is moving forward even while I'm out taking the photos we're missing on-site, isn't it?
However, since all of my senior and junior colleagues at the company are already in charge of their own projects, I can’t very well ask them to help.
