I really think that's exactly right.
And I'm going to try adding age to this.
For those who made difficult decisions when they were young, their 20s and 30s can be really tough!
This is a tough time, both emotionally and physically, but,
Now that I'm in my 40s, I've had all sorts of experiences, and my life is gradually turning out the way I imagined it would.
The second half, starting at the 50 mark, is a gentle uphill climb.
On the other hand, those who made easy decisions are still struggling through life even in their 60s.
I just want to tell young people this!
I want you to make a tough decision for yourself!
When you're young, you have plenty of physical and mental energy.
I have to give it my all right then...
Once you reach your 40s, you can't keep pushing yourself anymore.
The same applies to companies: those that aren't taking on new challenges right now will gradually fall behind.
It's getting harder and harder!
Let's take on new challenges while making tough decisions ^^
