I hear that someone from a certain company recently resigned to start a business in a different industry.

I think this is a good thing.

I think that those who are capable should go ahead and start their own businesses and keep working.

On the other hand, I think it’s perfectly fine for people to make a living as office workers.

We can decide where we want to live.

This means you can make judgments based on a clear understanding of your own position and yourself (self-awareness).

When you start your own business, you’re solely responsible for everything, and you can push yourself as far as you want (though there are limits, lol).

While there's a lot of freedom, there's also a lot of anxiety.

For office workers, their salary is earned by performing the tasks assigned by their company.

It offers less flexibility, but it also causes less anxiety.

Looking ahead, it seems like sole proprietors are pretty much going to be phased out of the construction industry, lol.

If the number of self-employed contractors decreases, it means people will have to choose between starting their own business or becoming salaried employees, but,

Well, when I think about starting a business, I wonder if it’s just a matter of a sole proprietor becoming a taxable business entity? Or is it just about establishing the business as a legal entity?

These days, even companies are increasingly forced to lay off employees when their performance suffers, so it’s an era in which even salaried workers can’t say they’re free from anxiety.

I think that if you decide early on how you’re going to earn a living and take action, you’ll mature more quickly.

Both have their pros and cons, so I think it's best to make a decision soon.

Which side will you choose to live on?

Which option allows you to wake up feeling like yourself?

If possible, I think the path you yourself consider to be difficult will be quite challenging, but the sense of satisfaction will be greater.

Whether you're a salaried employee or a business owner, the fact remains that both are equally challenging.

Basically, all you need to do is decide whether you like it or dislike it.

Only by living freely can you truly live your own life.
