Only the people involved at the scene would really look at this closely, right?
Looking at this, the average person wouldn't think, "Is there anyone here who knows how to rig a load?" and,
Who is the chief engineer?
That wouldn't happen, would it...
In that case, it would be smaller if I just included a QR code.
I realize it’s a problem because the display size for documents like insurance enrollment forms is fixed, but,
It’s impossible for the general contractor not to be listed in the first place, so the QR code is fine.
Just setting up a message board like this takes a lot of effort.
All we have to do is use outdoor digital signage and edit the content on a PC so that only the people who want to see it can view it, right?

Wouldn't it be better for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and other government agencies to take the lead and deal with the media themselves? (It would be more efficient.)

The construction industry really needs to ask itself a lot more questions!

There are definitely places where it could be simplified even further, right?
