Using jigs designed specifically for construction management makes it easier to explain the process and helps me gain a deeper understanding of it myself.

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Bolt scales have become the standard method for measuring placement errors in rebar installation work.

Bolt Scale

Sometimes older admins tell me, “Thanks to you making this, now we have to manage it,” lol.

I understand how you feel, but then how have you been covering it up all this time?

When it comes to that, you have to pretend you're doing it even if you're not.

I suppose this comes down to a difference in management philosophy, but since it’s listed as a management item, we have no choice but to manage it, and

Failing to manage or cutting corners in management is not construction management.

I know that myself.

"This is pointless," he said.

However, the fact that an item is listed in the management checklist means it must be managed.

In that case, I’d say it’s the manager’s job to figure out how to make things as easy and simple as possible ^^

Since these management items are essential, I’d like to make sure I can explain them clearly and simply.

Anchor Scale

The same goes for the anchor scale.

I do this because it’s easier to understand this way.

Please don't say stuff like "the casing was worn down and the diameter was too small," lol.

To be honest, even if the positioning is off by 1 mm or 2 mm—or even 10 mm for that matter... (I'll stop there)

In fact, many people have them custom-made to match the shape of their anchors.

For example, some people even increase the diameter of their SE-table anchors to that of a condominium.

Custom orders are also available if you place your order one month in advance.

I think doing that will increase my sense of satisfaction with my on-site management.

And the accuracy of that management will also improve.

Also, I think that by doing so, I’ll be able to give a clear answer if the government asks for an explanation.

My own ethical standards for construction management.

If you’re confident in this area, you’ll be able to remain composed during the exam and answer the questions clearly.

In that sense, too, it’s easier to use a jig (test machine) like this.

Isn't that easier to explain?

It’s really appreciated that we’ve actually earned such a great reputation among inspectors and government officials, too ^^

See you later.
