Super Save Rope Improves Visibility of the Main Line | Review of the KF Model

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

The other day, I finally wrapped up the project in Kagoshima and made it back to Aichi.

The machinery also arrived at the next job site today.

And once again, it’s the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

So, I thought I'd give one a try... lol

Super Save Rope

Did you know that?

Super Save Rope Packaging
KF Co., Ltd.

This is about the main rope used in slope construction, but,

I hear it's been trending lately? Well, I think I'll give it a try and jump on the bandwagon.

Some of its features include:

Features

  1. By using polyester multifilament yarn with a special surface treatment on the outer layer, this rope has a texture similar to that of spun yarn.
  2. Because it is made of a non-absorbent fiber, the rope does not harden due to moisture absorption.
  3. It offers excellent visibility against a white mortar surface.
  4. As the outer layer wears down, a signal (black) appears.

    * The outer layer of one strand contains a blue marker thread
    * Insert a tape bearing the manufacturer's name into the center of the strand with the identification line.

That's what it seems to be.

Actually, as for what’s good—I wrote about this before in relation to ropes, butFrom a director's perspective, the visibility is excellent. That's it.

Visibility is extremely important.

You can tell at a glance whether a rope is being used or not. It makes it easy to check safety.

From a craftsman's perspective, I think there are certain ropes that are better than others.

I understand that completely. However, as long as we’re working for the government, we need to approach safety management from a civil servant’s perspective.

Ultimately, it's the government agency that makes the decision.

It’s probably easy to guess that government agencies would also prefer something that’s easy to see.

It's great when things are easy to see.

And there's one more thing I'd like to try—actually, this rope...

Super Save Rope—NETIS-Registered
Tezac Co., Ltd.

It's registered with NETIS.

And Mr. Tetzak even went out of his way to send us a catalog. (Not that we placed an order, lol.)

We also received a lot of inquiries from other companies. (Like, “What’s up with that? Does that earn extra points?” lol)

So,

Super Save Rope Now in Stock at Enta

I went ahead and bought it!

Super Save Rope—NETIS-Registered

It has a NETIS registration sticker on it! lol

Super Save Rope, 50m Cut

It's yellow!!

Depending on the color of the natural ground, it can stand out quite noticeably as yellow.

The key now is whether this rope will earn me some extra points. (I want to try this out lol)

It depends on the region, and it really comes down to the local government's stance, though...

I'll do my best to help the general contractor score as many points as possible!!

See you later.

By the way, we purchased it from KF Co., Ltd., listed below.

  1. In terms of visibility and signaling, this is a real shift in thinking—or rather, an ingenious idea that seems obvious but isn’t. It’s definitely patent-worthy, lol.
