If you're sitting in an air-conditioned office writing up a quote, this might not really sink in, but out on the job site, it's absolute hell.
To be honest, this summer...
"If I don't take a break at least once an hour, I'll collapse."
That's the level we're at.

Slope work in the summer is way more grueling than you’d imagine, isn’t it?

Fully equipped from head to toe (safety harness to waist gear)

Helmet + dust mask + air-conditioned workwear (← pretty much useless)

Moving up and down a slope with an incline of more than 45 degrees

The spraying is done by machine, but the nozzles and assembly are all done by hand.
And we have to do that under the blazing sun, where the temperature is over 35°C.
What will happen?
→Work efficiency is about 60–701 TP3T of the usual level.
● Less work = Longer construction period = Higher costs!
Even if you do a simple calculation…

Workers' working hours: Same or longer (due to increased breaks to prevent heatstroke)

But why don't you try coming to the site wearing a helmet just once?
“Come experience for yourself what ”summer work” is all about.
Try standing there for even half a day while wearing a back brace and an air-conditioned suit.
