Things got pretty bad in Kagoshima last week, too.

Working with nature really is tough!

How do you decide when to halt work on a job site?

This rainy season can be tough, can't it?

I want to spray it on, but it keeps raining on and off...

Drilling holes for anchors is no problem at all, but spray-applying it is a bit tricky, huh? lol

Right now, we're working on the legal framework at our site, but even if things go well in the morning, the afternoon is a bust, so we're just on standby.

Just when I'm thinking, "Today's a bust!"—the clouds suddenly clear up, lol.

I'm already being toyed with by the Thunder God lol

We’d like to make as much progress as possible on-site, but we can’t do any concrete work because of the rain.

Some contractors set aside work to be done when it rains.

That's one way to do it. (To keep working without taking a break)

We'll take the day off and do the work on Sundays or holidays. That's another option, isn't it?

Just take a break! That’s fine in itself, but it can be tough for people who are paid by the day or month, right?

All of them are correct, but which one would you choose?

Or are there any other solutions?

In my case, I leave it up to the craftsman. I don’t make the decision lol (Not that I’m trying to pass the buck, lol).

Skilled craftsmen really do have a thorough understanding of the production process. (I’ll let you know the details of the specific trade.)

If you're thinking, "This is bad," they'll work incredibly hard on sunny days.

I'm looking forward to that lol

That way, the craftsmen will ultimately take responsibility for the work and get it done quickly.

If the craftsman isn't like that... I guess I'll just have to give him a kick in the butt? lol
