The two listed above are the health checkups required by law.
If you're going to work on-site, you absolutely must do this—otherwise, you won't be allowed in.
However, the fact is that many construction companies do not carry out work at the second-tier subcontractor level or beyond!
That's because whether or not you've had a health checkup is just a matter of writing the date when you first enter, so even if you lie, no one will find out.
And since health checkup results are personal and private, it's totally fine to keep them private! lol
However, it appears that there is a reporting obligation in the following cases.
Reporting the Results of Health Examinations to the Director of the Competent Labor Standards Inspection Office
The results of health examinations (limited to periodic examinations) must be submitted to the director of the competent Labor Standards Inspection Office without delay. (Regarding medical examination result reports under Articles 44, 45, and 48 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations: employers who regularly employ 50 or more workers; regarding special medical examination result reports: all employers who conducted the examinations.) (Article 100 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act)
Whether or not to do it is a matter of personal choice, but from a corporate standpoint, it’s a very bad idea.
