It's raining today, isn't it?

So, I’d like to take it slow too, but I just can’t seem to do that lol

Here is a summary of the data from the qualification test we conducted the other day, along with some organized photos.

Fortunately, there's no work on-site today, so I'm focusing on paperwork.

I've been busy lately, so I've been working on-site in my work jacket during the day.

Since I’m teaching the younger employees as I go, management is relatively easy.

It really is tough when operations and management are running at the same time.

Since there aren't many of them, I'm actually grateful that I can really immerse myself in my work lol

I find the actual work easier than construction management, so that makes things a lot less stressful.

Some people do think that management is good, after all, while others feel the opposite.

I guess which one is better comes down to personal aptitude and what you're used to.

Even though I'm more used to construction management, I still prefer actually doing the work.

That said, I guess I have to organize my papers—it can’t be helped—but I actually kind of like doing it, lol.

The parts of my job I like and dislike, and the parts I'm good at and not so good at.

I think it's good to have a variety of things.

That said, it’s definitely easier to do your job well if you have enough skills to at least get a general grasp of your entire field of expertise.

Once you have a grasp of the big picture, it’s easier to set a direction, and even if you work on individual projects, you’ll ultimately end up at the same place.

It would be even better if there were a personal checklist there.

In my case, when I was working as a general contractor, I would create the checklists for the documents I needed to prepare in advance.

By doing so, I was able to identify the end goal, minimize mistakes, and quickly create any part of the documents.

No matter what anyone says, quality is a given when it comes to work—speed is what really matters.
