Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I found this out the other day at the after-party for the Iwakura Summer Festival! Did you all know this?
The amended Road Traffic Act, which tightens penalties for "distracted driving," took effect on May 28,
It was passed and enacted at the plenary session of the House of Representatives!

Basically, it seems there are strict penalties for distracted driving!
| The penalty for distracted driving is currently a fine of up to 50,000 yen, but the law will be amended to include a prison term, raising the penalty to either up to six months in prison or a fine of up to 100,000 yen.
If you drive while using a cell phone and cause an accident or otherwise create a traffic hazard, you are subject to imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 300,000 yen. Even if no danger is posed, the act constitutes a violation for “cell phone use (holding),” for which imprisonment for up to six months is prescribed. |
That said, the full picture isn't clear yet.
Rumor has it that you could get your license suspended immediately (for a short period) for distracted driving?
(There aren't many detailed articles on this, are there?)
Penalties were already in place, but since the number of accidents hasn't gone down and is actually increasing, it seems the trend is toward stricter enforcement.
WeSupervisors at slope construction sites have to travel particularly long distances and handle a lot of phone calls.
Your license, your life, and your money are all important!
If you take the right precautions, you won't get caught, so let's take those precautions!
This is also a matter of personal safety.
When you protect yourself, you can protect others, too!
This is the only solution, but,Recommended Wireless EarbudsI'll do it!

I bought about 10 pairs of earbuds a while back! (Ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive.)
The thing is, there wasn't anything that made me go, "That's it!"
Thanks to that, I've been able to find the best earphones. (Though I did spend quite a bit of money...)
There are some devices like the ones in car navigation systems, but it's hard to hear the other person because of the road noise.
Important factors to consider when choosing earphones.
1. It has to be Bluetooth (well, it is wireless, after all lol)
2. Lightweight
3. My ears don't hurt
4. Long standby time
5. It's the best when you connect two cell phones.
6. Noise Canceller—
The most important point here is,No pain in ear #3That's it!
It's nothing but pain and stress.
Since we won't be using it eventually, this is the only condition that...Be sure to prioritizeThat's it!
So, I’d definitely recommend it, but,
Here it is.

It's the common behind-the-ear style with a microphone built into the tip!

The maximum continuous talk time is approximately 7 hours.
Even if I wear them all day, my ears don't hurt.
What's more, both the other person's voice and my own are crystal clear.
The manufacturer is a company called Plantronics.
There are some really lightweight ones that you just stick in your ear, but considering how long they last, this one is the best.
When wearing a helmet, the microphone part gets in the way a little, but it doesn't fall out of your ear.
It costs about 7,000 yen on Amazon, but this manufacturer is a sure bet and makes a lot of great products.
*I haven't used all of them.
It's a little pricey, but it's a small price to pay compared to getting a ticket or causing an accident!
You can connect it to a computer to set the language to Japanese, and you can easily update the system.
You can also find them at stores like Big Camera and Yodobashi Camera.
There are higher-grade products available, but if you think of this as a consumable, it offers more than enough performance!
I highly recommend it!
Let's drive safely!
See you later.
