Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Regarding the recent article on grid frames, quite a few people seemed interested.
Please don't ask me lol
Please direct any inquiries to Mr. Kimura at Shin Nippon Ryokka.
But that's beside the point.
Starting with this post, I’ve decided to launch a new series called “What Do You Do in Situations Like This?”
This time, it's a rebar insertion job, which is relatively easy to draw, lol.
How do you pour concrete in places where it can't be poured?
Locations Where Concrete Cannot Be Placed
There are places where you can't pour concrete, right?
For example, suppose two piles have been driven into the cross-section under consideration.
Construction will be performed using conventional scaffolding, with an angle of 30 degrees.
Your role is that of a site supervisor.

In this section of the standard cross-section, two piles can be driven without any problems.
We'll set up the scaffolding as usual and proceed with the drilling.
However, if there are structures such as houses behind the site about 10 meters away, how should we pour the concrete?
As the saying goesSteep Slope Stabilization WorkThat's it.

Even if I could land the high kick, there's no way I can land the low kick.
To say that we can't pour concrete here means that,
Since the design angle is 30 degrees,Cannot be poured even within ±2.5 degreesThat's the point.
Even setting up scaffolding is a challenge. It’s still manageable if you can secure a scaffolding width of about 2 meters.
If there's a house there, that's all the more reason to pour the concrete, right?
So, as a site supervisor, how would you handle this?
I think veterans generally know what to do in the meantime.
Why don't you ask a young director? lol
Please think through the steps in a logical order and figure out how to proceed.
The most important thing to consider on-site is figuring out how to carry out the work.
We'll discuss the measures tomorrow.
See you later.
P.S.:Construction Fair 2017 in Chubu, October 18–19will be held.
I think this will be a great opportunity to see some new technologies. I'll be attending one of the events myself. Let's meet there!
