Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
A new banner has been posted on Isabou Net!
Isabou Net: Tell Me, Enta-san!
There is a banner for technical support inquiries in the lower right corner.
If you're interested, please feel free to check it out lol
But that's beside the point.
Training for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Use and Management Supervisors
Did you know that?

「Qualifications required of supervisors when requiring workers to use protective equipment as part of a chemical risk assessment.
Pursuant to the Ministerial Ordinance partially amending the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, appointment is required as of April 1, 2024.。」
Going forward, we will need all administrators and construction supervisors.
It’s already underway, but since one of our employees mentioned it the other day, we’re going to get everyone to really step up and go for it.
Seriously, how many certifications do you actually need?
The amounts we can put on our public works contractor licenses are just outrageous, aren't they...
You have all kinds of certifications, from national to private ones, don't you?
Just for this job site—like, do I really need a license or something? lol
What on earth is going on??
Could this also be related to those government-affiliated organizations that hire retired bureaucrats??
It costs a fortune for both general contractors and subcontractors just to obtain the necessary licenses.

That said, it is the responsibility of public works contractors to obtain the necessary permits without fail when required...
I can't stand it.
Since it's important to have it, I'm thinking of taking an online course to get certified.
I think you'll probably start hearing this soon, too, so I think you should have one by winter at the latest ^^
See you later
