Let me talk a little bit about myself today, lol.
I work as a slope maintenance worker...A pretty good fitThat's what I think.
But I've realized something recently.
Come to think of it,It's not so much that I like slope construction as that I like making things.That's right.
I just realized this recently, lol.
While working as a slope engineer, I’ve been creating things all along.
Create and launch products that don't yet exist in the world.
I just absolutely love this.
That goes for bolt scales as well as clip spacers.
It all starts with the thought, “Wouldn’t it be convenient if something like this existed?” and then we actually build it and bring it to market.
Because I have experience as a slope engineer, I know what’s needed on-site.
It’s something that wouldn’t have come into being without that experience.
Looking back now, I can analyze it that way, but when I was actually working as a slope contractor, I never even thought about that lol.
Thanks to the slope contractor, I understand that now.That's the general idea.
"Job Hunting" Begins the Moment You're Thrown into Society
In Japan, as soon as you graduate from high school or college, you’re suddenly thrown into the real world, lol (regardless of whether you have something you want to do or not).
If you work part-time during that process, you’ll get a little insight into that line of work.
If it's the food and beverage industry, experience the food and beverage workplace; if it's a convenience store, get a feel for the atmosphere there.
But,Almost no one suddenly decides, “I’m going to become a slope engineer!”That's what I think, lol
Even if you could choose from broad categories like IT, real estate, administrative work, and civil engineering,
There are people in the world who “Wait, is that even a real job!?There are tons of ultra-niche jobs that are on the level of “...”
Even when people see job postings for slope maintenance workers at the public employment office, most of them can’t even imagine what the job entails, can they?
Even if it says something like “Slope Construction—Worker Needed, Must Have a Regular Driver’s License,” there are 99% people who’d be like, “What’s a slope? A hill? Why a hill?” lol

What is a "slope contractor"?There are extremely few people who actively seek out and join on their ownIt's the industry.
In many cases,
"Because my parents did it."
"Because a friend invited me"
"I was looking for something in civil engineering when I happened to come across this."
"My Partner Tricked Me"
It's one of these. At least that's pretty much how it is among the people I know, lol.
I myself applied for a job listed in the school's job board under "civil engineering and landscaping," and it turned out to be a company that specialized in slope stabilization.
It wasn't like I joined with the firm intention from the start of becoming a slope engineer.
But looking back now,Working on slopes was a perfect fit for me.That's right.
I can work outdoors. I can work in the mountains. I use machinery. I get to be physically active.
Plus, everything’s different at every job site, so it’s hard to get bored lol
The career I ended up in turned out to be the right one for me....that kind of pattern.
Well, I suppose there are some people who just got used to it and managed to make it work, though.
But this is a very rare case.
Don't you think a lot of people are just putting up with their jobs?
Are you working with the mindset that “I could quit this job anytime!”?
If the work environment is bad, quitting and finding another job might improve things somewhat, but,
In reality, since you're working with other people, it's faster for you to change, so this isn't a solution.
