The parts for the vertical grout mixer are ready.

I have both the original and the newly created version here.

It's brand new, so it looks nice compared to the old one, lol.

This is the outermost part at the very top, isn't it?
This mechanism involves welding it in place so that it rotates with the core material, thereby moving the blades.

This is the keyway on the main shaft.
Several bearings are installed here, and the gears fit into them.
Next, install the gearbox.
It would probably cost quite a bit if you bought it new.
However, being able to produce it in-house would really cut costs, wouldn't it?
It’s about time—or rather, I’ve been doing a little bit here and there—but I’d like to start taking on small machinery maintenance jobs as well.
For now, the yard is still pretty small, so I can’t do anything on a large scale, but in the future, I’d love to be able to use reverse engineering to make parts for small items or tools that are no longer available.
And I’d be happy if our customers were pleased and we received payment in return.
I have a feeling that machinery maintenance in the slope construction industry will really take off from here on out.
If I ever get too old to work as a slope engineer, I can still work until I die by doing machine maintenance and repairs—and it looks like I’ll be able to keep growing professionally right up until the very end!
I want to keep growing until the day I die!! LOL (Well, I guess some people might not like that, though. lol)
It's pretty cool that a former slope maintenance worker is setting up a spray machine, isn't it?
You know how there are times when you think, “It would be really great if a spray machine had a feature like this,” right?
It's really fun to be able to create that, isn't it?
You might be thinking, “Can you really do that at my age?!” but it’s actually quite possible.
I say that because there's a lot of chiseling involved in maintaining slope-related machinery, lol.
