Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
It won't be long before heatstroke starts striking!
Last year, with temperatures like a scorching inferno, people were dropping like flies all over the country, weren't they!
Two people in our household got sick, too.
They said it's going to be even hotter this year!
We've already been having scorching days even before the rainy season...
I wonder what this year will bring!!?
When we're working in the middle of summer, the general contractor, the equipment rental company, and our supervisors often bring us juice, don't they?
I'm truly grateful.
Thank you.
But there are some drinks that just make you think, “This isn’t good, is it?”
I’m not trying to be picky, but if you’re going to give someone a drink, wouldn’t it be better to give them one that’s effective against heatstroke (dehydration)?
Drinks That Are Unpopular on the Job Site
Sweet Coffee
Juice That's Too Sweet
Bitter Coffee
Strong green tea
Sports Drink (Powder)
It looks something like this.
If I drink juice or coffee that's way too sweet, I just end up getting thirsty again afterward lol
It's super delicious when you're there, but it really makes you thirsty!
Strong coffee and tea are delicious, but they have a strong diuretic effect.
It’s said that people develop a tolerance to caffeine after drinking coffee for a few days. However, this varies depending on the individual.
Some people find themselves needing to use the restroom more often, while others don't.
So let's avoid this as much as possible, too.
Sports drink (powder)—What am I supposed to do with this out here? LOL
If I write too much about this, I think the person themselves might get mad at me, but when they brought this over, I laughed my head off lol
By the way, did you know that the amount of sugar in juice is publicly disclosed?

That's quite a lot of sugar, isn't it!
I've heard that consuming too much of it can sometimes make you sick.
Everyone’s different, so I can’t say what’s best, but a Coke when it’s scorching hot and you’re dripping with sweat is just the best!
However, as a construction manager, the drink I would definitely recommend here is,
As expectedBarley TeaThat's it!
Ice-cold barley tea is the best!!
And thenSalt tablets are a convenient way to replenish saltThat's fine. (Though it doesn't really work that well, lol.)
We have a wide variety of products, so please give them a try.
Barley tea and salt tablets—the perfect combinationThat's it!
Or bringing someone some cup ramen is the best!!?
I've never seen a salesperson bring in a cup of instant ramen as a treat, but ramen is the best way to replenish salt during the summer!
See you later.
