Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, I took a little leap off the RPD130C crawler-type drilling rig lol
Snap!
Yeah, I hurt my back...

Even though the anchor body wasn't seating properly and we were over-drilling, there was still an extra 20 cm of steel wire sticking out.
Since we figured there was nothing we could do about it, we drilled a new hole.
Well, since the hole wall is self-supporting, you just keep connecting the outer sections until you reach the required length, then insert the measuring rod to take the measurement.
Hmmmm...
For some reason, it just doesn't quite fit...
So, I decided to put the liner in and wash the inside.
It appeared that some backfill had shifted, so we excavated a little deeper and inserted the anchors.
Since it's a packer-type system, the casing must be completely removed before injection.
After removing the casing, set the machine up for the next hole, andA Moment of ReliefThe jump!
My limp body shifts all its weight onto my slack lower back.
My already fragile lower back went out with just one blow...

For now, I can only walk while bending over!
This is the worst...
I finally understand what the "Beware of People Jumping" sign at the construction site means!!

Old guys, be especially careful!
You sure do mess up in all sorts of places, lol.
Plus, it's only about 70 cm tall, right?
Stay focused until you get off!!
See you later.

I'm in my 40s, but I'm being careful. Even when I get off the excavator, I've started landing on my butt with a thud... lol
You can't beat age. I can't get away with being so competitive against the younger crowd anymore ^_^ I'll try to be more careful.
Thank you for your hard work.
That really is what matters, lol.
I thought I’d still be able to move around more in my 40s, but I’m starting to feel my age more than I expected lol.
Let's all be careful!
I'm going to lose a little weight. I've been doing nothing but desk work, and I've gained weight again... lol
I’m especially careful at the end of the workday, around evening. If I jump down from a power shovel or dump truck with too much momentum… or if I’m standing around talking during a meeting, it takes a toll on my lower back… and when I sit on the ground and stand back up, it’s hard on my knees… Even when things get hectic on the job site, we all call out to each other and take extra care. Especially with our lower backs—once you get injured, you don’t recover as quickly as you did when you were younger—so I think everyone is being pretty careful.
Thank you as always.
It's important to always be mindful and careful!
Especially for people 40 and older, lol
If I mess up at my age, my body's gonna be in bad shape lol
