Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I’d like to introduce some items from the recent Nagoya Monozukuri World 2020 that you can put to use right away!

A Nord-Lock—which is basically what we call a spring washer.
Basically, it's a locknut.
This is absolutely amazing!
Even with spring washers, bolts tend to loosen easily with our drilling machine, and before you know it, they’re broken, right?
It just won't loosen up, lol.
There was a simple experiment where I lightly tightened and loosened a wing nut by hand.
But even though I had only tightened it very slightly, I couldn't loosen it by hand—I had to use pliers to get it loose.

You're supposed to use these two pieces together, and apparently the serrated edge on the bottom creates friction to keep it in place. (I heard the details about how it works, but it's hard to explain lol.)
Since the prices range from a few dozen to a few hundred yen, I think there are areas where quality control might be lax.
If you use it in a place like that, it won't break, and you can prevent problems before they happen, right?
It's just a little thing, but I really like things like this.
Try spending a few dozen yen on that one spot that always seems to come loose—no matter what you do! lol I highly recommend it.
See you later.
P.S. It looks like the Slope Team (Team 2) will be coming up around December.
This is a team that can handle both legal frameworks and anchors.
Please contact the relevant companies again.
