Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
It's that time of year for year-end parties, isn't it?

Do you do that at your company, too?
I get invited to year-end parties around this time, too, so I go to quite a few.
I'll go at least four times, lol.
However, since I don’t have many connections within the slope stabilization industry, I never attend any events within the industry.
If I write that I'm not going, it might sound like I'm being invited, but we don't hang out that much, so I'm hardly ever invited lol
There are some local year-end parties and a small union year-end party, so I'll be attending those.
That's when supplements really come in handy!

I seriously recommend this for people who tend to drink too much or who suffer from terrible hangovers!
I always have one, too, when I'm out drinking a lot.
That way, I can wake up easily the next day at work, and I hardly ever have a hangover!
The first one is this Spare Rib!
I've been recommending this for quite some time now, and as someone who's been using it for years, I can say it's the absolute best.
Whether you take them before or after drinking, if you take three pills, you'll wake up the next day feeling pretty good—or rather, refreshed and in a great mood. (If you drink too much, just take another Spalib lol.)
The great thing about this is that you can buy it at FamilyMart!
That said, please be careful, as there are places where it’s available and places where it isn’t.
It’s either sold as a single bag as shown above or in a box with white packaging.
The white box costs about 1,500 yen, but it contains enough for about three uses.
The second one is this No Mikata!
This works pretty well, too!
Since it's the kind you can take without water, you can take it at any time.
In Aichi Prefecture, you can find them at Sugi Pharmacy.
Other than that, I have no idea lol
Finally, if you don't have the supplements mentioned above, I recommend this!
This is written as “牛黄” and is pronounced “Gōu.”
It seems to be a cow's gallstone, according to traditional Chinese medicine.
You can definitely find this at a traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy!
That's why I recommend it.
It’s something you absolutely can’t skip, but it’s tough when you think about the days ahead! In times like that, this is the only way to go.
But they're expensive! They cost 1,000 yen each.
But it really works like a charm!! lol
As expected, keeping the cheapest option on hand offers the best value for the money.
Instead of drinking turmeric or something like that at a random convenience store, you should definitely go with these three types listed above.
Well, it’s probably best not to drink too much, though.
Also, since you tend to sleep more lightly, if you have work the next day, make sure to head home early! (A word of advice to myself)
See you later.
