Since I figured I might as well do something to pass the time when I'm free,
A tire shovel that’s been in active service for over 20 years and just recently underwent a full overhaul!
We'll replace all the faulty parts, and the engine will run like a dream!
Since I replaced all the pins and bushings, there's much less play now.
Take it apart again.
Remove the parts, wash them thoroughly, and lightly roughen the surface.
It's a bit rough, but I'll apply a coat of rust inhibitor and clean it up a bit. (Since this is our own machine, a rough job is fine.)
I thought ours was supposed to be light green, but for some reason it turned out yellow lol
It's pretty good.
I think it would have looked even better with one more color, but I guess that's just the Vietnamese taste, lol.
When I don't have work, I really struggle to come up with blog topics, but every now and then, something like this...
That said, these days will be over before I know it, and things will suddenly start getting hectic!
It’s a little scary to think it might turn into a terrible situation, but I want to get through this slow period and use it as a stepping stone for the future.
It looks like the rainy season is about to begin in this region, so please be careful of the rain.
