Reasons Why Construction Often Cannot Be Performed Using the Machinery Specified in the Design (Part 1)

These days, there are a lot of construction projects where the equipment is selected during the design phase, aren't there?

For example, since the lot is small, would that mean using a small core drill for the work?

However, in reality, there were many cases where small core drills simply couldn’t be used, which made the work extremely difficult.

 

Choosing the right machine is really tough, isn't it?

Even if the site supervisor actually goes to the site, they won't be able to figure it out.

If anything, I don't think it's possible to determine which machine can handle the job without the contractor coming out to take a look.

Unless the director really understands how machines work, that is lol

Rotary Percussion

When using a crawler-type rotary percussion drill at a construction site that is only 2 meters wide,

You’re probably wondering, “Will this actually work?”

 

Crawler-type rotary percussion crushers also come in large, medium, and small sizes, and

This is the case with any manufacturer: the main unit and the guide cell for the drilling section aren't positioned at a right angle to each other.

 

The questions design consultants ask machinery manufacturers are:

"Can this crawler-type rotary percussion drill be used to drill holes on a 2-meter-wide road?"

I think you'll ask that.

Therefore, since machinery manufacturers can operate rotary percussion machines with a track width of 2 meters or less,

"I can do it!"They always say that, lol

However, that’s not actually the case. It’s almost impossible to hit the ball exactly as intended.

Actually, we can't do the work!

 

I know this might make you think, “Huh?”, but as I mentioned above, we can’t pour concrete right next to it.

So, since the drilling will definitely have to be done at an angle from the side, it will exceed 2 meters!
