This is an outer casing for φ65!!
Yes. It’s the one and only pair of its kind in the world—and it even comes with an inner layer!
A casing set capable of double-pipe drilling with a 65 borehole diameter!
Well, actually, it looks like it could work even if we just drill holes in the outer layer.
It can be used as-is as a rod for a suspended drilling rig.
Normally, this drilling machine uses a rod called a drill rod to drill holes.
Most of the drilling is done using a thin R32 rod and a No. 1600 hexagonal rod.
And it often happens that if the wall isn't stable on its own, the rebar can't be installed, right?
They say that 50% of mountains are supposed to be self-supporting in the design phase, but they often aren't lol (Is 50% an exaggeration?)
About half the time, I get crushed on a really tough mountain without any rebar, lol (Shh—!)
In situations like that, if you have this casing, it will slide right in up to D19 and D22 after concrete placement.
The D19 might be the limit for the injection hose! (Still in the experimental stage)
It weighs about the same as the rod, so it should work just fine!
There’s a job site coming up in April where we might be able to use the suspended core drill, so I’d definitely like to give it a try.

By the way, it was Mr. Sawada, the president of M's, who created it for us!
They actually made (a prototype) of the thing we were talking about when they came out to the site for repairs a month ago!
Since President Sawada has a background in maintenance, he gets right to the point, and he responds quite quickly whenever an issue arises.
I always think this, but I really like companies and CEOs who are quick on their feet lol
No matter how long we talk, we never run out of things to say about machines.
You visited our company the other day, and we had a great time talking about the guide cells (masts) we made.
I found myself thinking, “I wish I had the technical skills to be able to create something like this right away.”
Maybe I should start thinking about buying a machining center after all... lol
In any case, if this outer shell for the φ65 is completed, it will broaden my horizons in many ways.

P.S.: The prices of casings and liners are set to rise sharply in the near future.
Also, since we don't have the materials, there's a good chance it will take about half a year to deliver!
Since there is a possibility that construction won't be possible unless we stock even the casings,
I think the general contractor should check the casing before placing an order with a subcontractor!
Furthermore, given that background, I think there’s a possibility that unit prices will rise significantly as well.
