Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Reiwa Year 1 is almost over!
It’s already the end of the year—Reiwa 1 has flown by—and today is the last day!
That's way too fast!
How was this year for all of you?
I had a really great year!
We were fortunate to have new employees join us, and our work went even more smoothly than before.
It's all thanks to the people around me and my employees!
Thank you so much.
Next year will be another year of taking on various challenges.
I hope to be able to do the things I couldn't do last year this year!
Well, it’s nice to have a new challenge every single year, lol.
This year,
System Improvements to the ○○○ Meter Designed Specifically for Grout
Creating a New ○○○ Board
Preparation of the ○○○ Plan for Ground Anchor Construction
Experiment on the Strength Test of ○○○
That thing made of Kevlar XXX
That Thing for RB
And so on—there are a few more examples like that.
I'd like to finish about two a year. (Since I get bored easily...)
We're already working on joint development projects with major materials manufacturers, and there are some projects that need to be done quickly, so it looks like we'll be able to complete at least two next year lol.

Anyway,Thank you again for this past year.
We hope you’ll continue to support us next year as well.
On this blog, I hope to share information that will be helpful to you, even if only a little.
Our field staff aim to carry out construction work that contributes to the general contractor’s profits.
Together with our employees,We look forward to your continued support next year.
Let's all work together to make this a great year!
By the way, tonight I'm taking the family of a Vietnamese technical intern—and her—to ring the New Year's Eve bell!
Teaching Japanese culture lol (You can ring the bell in Iwakura City.)
See you later.
