Scaffolding is usually required when ground anchors or rebar inserts have been installed at the top of a slope, isn't it?

 

For example, suppose there is a ground anchor installation or rebar insertion at a location such as the one shown below.

It's about how to account for the scaffolding at that time.

The question is: How much scaffolding is needed for the anchor?

In this case, there’s a high risk of collapse starting from the base, which makes it extremely dangerous.

The higher it is, the stricter the requirements become.

This is especially true given the live loads on the scaffolding, such as drilling machines.

 

Even if a crane can't be used, we still need to lift the materials by hand, one by one, from the bottom up, so

If we don't do this, there is a risk that the scaffolding itself could collapse.

 

In an effort to reduce the design quantities, scaffolding designs that are far too minimal may sometimes be put in place.

However, under those conditions, the construction crew cannot proceed with the work.

As shown here, we need scaffolding that is built up from the bottom.

 

Temporary structures are essential for safe construction at heights, but safety cannot be guaranteed unless they are properly assembled.
