I recently bought a helmet.
This year's helmet is a little different from usual.
I bought a heat-shielding helmet designed to protect against heat.
It's been sweltering hot these past few years—it feels like my head's about to catch fire even on the job site, lol.
Hoping to stay a little cooler, I've switched to a heat-shielding helmet!
Also, since the shield I use occasionally is handy, it comes with one.

The previous versions contained styrofoam, but this one does not.
Since this is also a helmet designed to protect against flying objects and falls, I think it should be fine for use on slopes as well.
This helmet costs about 5,500 yen, more or less.

You get so attached to helmets that, surprisingly, you don't really want to part with them, do you? lol
However, for safety reasons, let's replace them within three years whenever possible.
