Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
When machining the head of an oil-filled cap, do you remove the bolt at the very top of the head cap before setting it up? lol

If you remove this bolt and tighten the head cap, a small amount of rust-preventative oil will ooze out of this hole.
This mechanism ensures that the head cap is filled with rust-preventive oil without any difficulty.
However, there are cases where it’s sufficient even without actually taking it.
In other words, if there is too much rebar and the head length is 100 mm or less, it is okay not to remove the bolts.
Since the oil volume for the aluminum cap is calculated based on 100 mm of excess rebar length at the head plus the nut,
If it's less than that, it means the Neuronyoro won't appear.
If you're using the standard 100 mm bolt and nut, rust-preventive oil will seep out, so it's best to remove them.
(Whether that's good or bad is another matter, but since I don't place much importance on that aspect and don't want to leave it out, I'm installing it at 100 mm or less.)
And this excess rust-preventive oil is such a pain!
You don't want to end up all sticky from using a rag, do you?
This method seems to work well! (It's a trick recommended by our craftsman! lol)

Apparently, you just give it a quick squeeze onto a plastic bottle.
It seems that if you keep collecting this, you can use it for light rust prevention or as a lubricant.
And they said it wouldn't get dirty.
ThisIt's the little touches that matterRight? I think it’s the accumulation of things like this that leads to something new.
Work isn't just about doing what others tell you to do. It's about thinking for yourself and taking action.
If that doesn't work, I'll just apologize; if it does, I'll share it with everyone.
Let's take responsibility and come up with creative solutions!
See you later.
