This is Enta.

The other day, I attended a special training session in preparation for working at a major corporation.

That was the first time we were able to take a group photo with all the employees!!!

Things like this really get you excited, don't they?

Personally, I don't really want to go on group trips or anything like that.

We do end up being a little considerate of each other, after all, and I’ve always wondered about that “culture” of Japanese companies—is that just how it’s always been?

On the other hand, what if we all went out and got these kinds of certifications together, or...

I think just going out for lunch or something like that is enough—or rather, I think it’ll be a nice way to end the day.

The day before this group photo was taken, we also held a training session on special education.

We called in Vietnamese and Nepali interpreters and studied by reading the text aloud together with them.

Saying things like that really gets us both excited, doesn't it?

Going on a trip can be exhausting, but things like study sessions or just having lunch together can instantly create a sense of unity.

Or maybe working together.

I want to cherish my friends.

Everyone has their own role within the company, and,

I hope to provide a place where everyone can work together and thrive.
