Workflow for Construction and Construction Management in Ground Anchor Projects

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Ground Anchor Construction

Where do you think the risks lie in ground anchor construction?

From a craftsman’s perspective, how should the work be done?

That's what it means, right?

However, installation is relatively simple.

I'll try writing this step by step, while including the management items as I go.

The blue section is under construction.

Management: Verification of Drilling Locations

Construction: Set up the machine at the drilling location and drill to the specified angle and depth.

Work Performed: Cleaning the interior of the outer casing (blasting from the bottom with air and water)

Anchor Installation: Borehole Cleaning

Work Performed: Inner Rod Retrieval

Control: Drilling Length, Drilling Angle, and Positioning Error Measurement

How to Measure Drill Hole Length

Drilling Angle Measurement

Drilling Angle Measurement

Positioning Error Measurement

Anchor Scale Placement Error

Construction: Prepare cement slurry using the specified mix ratio

Management: Flow rate measurement, preparation of test specimens (mud balance, salt content measurement)

Flow Cone Unit

Construction: Insertion of anchor bodies (for immersion methods, grout is injected first)

Work Performed: Cement slurry injection (overflow check)

Checking Grout Overflow

Work: Retrieve the outer casing (up to the set-in length)

Application Method: Pressure Injection (approx. 0.2 MPa)

Pressurization Status

Work Performed: Removal of All Outer Casing

Management: It’s fine to use “placement error” here, but since that might be confusing, please use a term that makes it easier for the administrator to explain.

Management: After verifying strength through compressive strength testing of test specimens, conduct validation tests and confirmation tests (multi-cycle and single-cycle).

Installation: Attach the jack to the anchor and apply tension.

Stress Management

Installation: After testing is complete, allow the material to set, then treat the ends.

Administration: Organizing exam data

So, that's basically how it goes!

It's easy, right? lol But then again, you won't know if it's easy until you try it!

I think that's pretty much how it is.

After all, there's nothing like actually doing the work yourself, so give it a try lol

And the biggest source of anxiety here is the exam.

And since this is a surprisingly important point, I'll save it for tomorrow.

See you later
