The most common accident in ground anchor work is getting a hand caught.
The task I'm performing at that time is removing and reinstalling the casing, and I believe I'm using the wrench shown below for that.
I think I mentioned before that this wrench is less likely to get pinched.
However, this wrench is intended solely for removing and installing the inner casing during drilling.
Do not use this when tightening or removing the extension rod during setup or takedown.
The reason is that the green wrench shown above is lightweight and lacks sufficient thickness, and
If you use too much force when tightening or removing it, the wrench will open up and break, lol.
Small machines are no problem.
So, even when using it for safety purposes, you must always use a standard, thick wrench (the type with a single handle).

This means you always need two of them on site.
So, since we have to be mindful when using it—and this goes for Japanese people as well—
We especially want to make sure that technical interns are fully aware of this.
