Please use a spray-type lubricant that leaves a lubricating film.

Wako's RP-L Raspen Odorless Penetrating Lubricant

 

When using Product 556, please make sure to use the type that leaves an oily residue.

If you don't, it will rust from the inside and the Convex will be ruined.

However, since grease-based products make it harder to remove sand, I think a light, penetrating oil is still the best choice.
