Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I found it at a convenience store the other day!
It was a clean restroom. It had been cleaned thoroughly.
But!

I couldn't help but take a picture lol
Why just here???
There's no sign that it's been used. A faucet that won't turn on...
But that's beside the point.
Scope of Work for Drilling Machines
On site, people often ask, “If we put the generator here and the hydraulic unit there, can we drill?”
People ask me that.
This is to make sure the drill can actually reach the outermost drilling position, so you don't end up thinking, "Oh man, what am I gonna do now? lol."
This time, we’ll look at the scope of application for Rotary Percussion’s skid-mounted drilling rig.

I think this is an area that construction managers often don't fully understand.
The important thing is where you can place the units!
The reason is that you can run as long a line as you want from the generator to the hydraulic unit.
We have hoses that can reach up to 200 meters, so we can connect the hydraulic unit, which is 200 meters away from the generator, to it.
Well, since we also offer leases, we can accommodate even more than that.
However, when the distance is long, there is an electrical loss.
For a drilling rig in the 1.5 metric ton or heavier class, I’d like one with a capacity of at least 60 sq.
Using a thicker cab tire cable will reduce electrical loss.
(Cross-sectional area of a stranded wire = square millimeters = mil-squares = squares = ske)
For a 60 kVA generator, 38 sq would be fine, but,
If you're using a 100 kVA generator, you'll need a 60 sq. cable—for safety reasons, too. It's super heavy, though, lol.
Well thenThe drilling rig is powered by a hydraulic unit; the standard length is 20 meters. That's it.
The maximum extension is 20 meters.
So,From Hydraulic Units to Drilling Machines40 mis the maximum.
The scope of the installation will depend on where the hydraulic unit is placed. First, where should we create space to place the hydraulic unit?
And if you think about it in that order—first where to place the generator—it makes planning much easier.
It’s nice to be helpful and tell the contractor things like, “20 meters of hydraulic hose should be enough, right?” or “You’ll need 50 meters of cable, right?” lol
*It seems it’s not impossible to go beyond 40 meters, but due to issues such as motor load and hydraulic oil,
The manufacturer said they wouldn't take responsibility, lol.
*Even for engine-type hydraulic units, the maximum length for hydraulic hoses is about 40 meters.
So, see you again
